Ty Pennington and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition were in central Pennsylvania this past June, when they asked Middletown-based HydroWorx to contribute to their life-altering project.
Brian Keefer, a young York County man, was in a life changing accident that left him a quadriplegic. Since his tragic injury, Brian has been working with professionals at the International Center for Spinal Cord Injury at Kennedy Krieger Institute, Baltimore, Md.
Kennedy Krieger uses innovative aquatic therapy methodologies in the HydroWorx pool for the rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injuries.
